Anger Management and NLP 

Please contact us if you would like to learn more about one or several of these options.

Although this section is titled "Anger Management", we have noticed that in the title there is a presupposition or expectation that someone must be angry, and then find a way of managing that anger. It is far better, in our opinion, rather than just to manage your anger, simply not to get angry in the first place.

We have two ways of approaching Anger in the individual, school or work environment. We can offer individual support to work on the triggers for anger to change them or teach a more general understanding of anger and techniques for choosing new behaviours.

Rather than simply give you 'anger management' techniques, the aim of our work is to help you to rapidly recondition the old way of being and to build more choice into your thinking in the present.

Individual Anger Mangagement

We offer 6 one hour weekly sessions of therapy for an individual at £180 
Plus Travelling costs of £1 per mile (To cover traveling time and car expenses) - (If required)
(A journal should be kept in order to gain the most from the course)
Week 1 Why are you here - what do you do and what would you like to do instead? Do you want to be right…?  …or happy? Modelling
Week 2 What sets you off? Making a list of anger triggers - Understanding it and its purpose 
Week 3 Control them or accept them? - Taking a different perspective 
Week 4 Learning to let it go - (With audio tracks for practice)
Week 5 Assertive communication - Getting heard - New Techniques
Week 6 Now what can you do instead?

Anger Management Groups (up to 6 people)

Run over two half days -  spaced 1 week apart
Cost per course (since our expenses are very similar for 1-6 people)
At your venue (If suitable) £600
At a hired venue - Just add cost of local venue hire plus £50 admin fee if we make booking
(Course content may be tailored to group age and environment - A journal should be kept in order to gain the most from the course)

What are your triggers? what makes you angry?- Paired Work - Is it really true?
What could you do instead? What are your choices?
